Individual Therapy Sessions are $170 for a 45 minute session.

Payment is due in full at the start of service. I accept credit/debit.

INSURANCE

I am not on any insurance panels therefore I do not accept insurance. I am considered an “Out-of Network Provider.” You will pay me directly and be reimbursed by your insurance company. I can provide a monthly invoice or a “super bill.”

Please call your insurance company to verify your out-of-network benefits.
Some helpful questions to ask are:

  • Do I have “out-of-network” mental health benefits?

  • What is my annual deductible amount and how much has been met so far?

  • How much per session is covered?

  • How many therapy sessions per year does my insurance cover?

Employee Assistant Program (EAP)
I do accept the following company benefits:

Late cancellation & no show policy

You will be charged the full fee for cancelled or rescheduled sessions that are less than 48 hours notice.

TeleHealth

I offer the option of Telehealth (Online/Video Counseling) for California and Oregon residents.

How long does therapy last?

Everyone is unique so it varies depending on the person, reasons for therapy, and treatment process. I have an action-oriented and solution focused approach so my goal is to help you feel better as soon as possible.

How often will we meet?

In the beginning stages, I like to meet with clients weekly and then we can discuss reducing together.
